A group of large Velux roof windows can do wonders for any kitchen. By flooding the space with natural light, roof windows open up your kitchen to create a bright, welcoming place for your family to gather and spend quality time together. Velux roof windows in white polyurethane are moisture-resistant and virtually maintenance-free, making them ideal for high-humidity kitchens.
Incoming sunshine provides the perfect light for cooking – and the added ventilation lets steam and odours quickly escape. Multiple roof windows positioned high to produce a chimney effect for even more effective ventilation. When you choose electrically operated Velux integra roof windows, they can be opened at the touch of a button and the rain sensor will automatically close the windows the moment the raindrops hit the pane.
And during inclement weather, or when you’re away, you can still air out your kitchen thanks to the integrated ventilation flap. For light control, Velux venetian blinds are sturdy and moisture-resistant. Simply tilt the slats in any position to control the angle and intensity of the light. Venetian blinds easily wipe clean and can be manually or electrically operated.

Our unique ventilation flap in the window’s control bar brings fresh air into the room even when the window is closed. And if you have motorised VELUX INTEGRA® windows, you can select one of the pre-defined ventilation programmes on the handy control pad.
